I loved the variety - action, songs, jokes, sets, screen, dance - and I thought the balance between all these was just right. The pace was good. The songs were excellent. They were 'stand alone' but they also moved the story on. It was a bit like watching Phoenix Nights, X Factor, Eurovision, and Abba all rolled into one if you can imagine that. The songs were really catchy - some were love songs- others were just - well funny! The song that tickled me most was If I Could Rule the World sung by a German band called Das Unterband (mistakenly referred to by the club owner as damp underpants!).
